1. You do not need to have a Kindle or Nook to win. You can read Kindle books using one of the FREE Kindle Reading Apps or read Nook Books using a FREE Nook Reading App.

2. You can still enter the giveaways even if you live outside of the United States. Please note that depending on the country you are in, you may not be able to win the exact prize or book listed in the giveaway.

Eligibility to Redeem a Kindle Book Gift:
Kindle book gift notifications can be sent to any e-mail address. If the giver and the recipient do not live in the same country, the book may not available to the recipient due to copyright restrictions. In these cases the recipient will be given the option to request an exchange for gift credit on their Amazon.com account during the redemption process, or they may contact Customer Service for assistance in exchanging the book.

OFFICIAL RULES: No purchase necessary to win. Giveaway entry void where prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to entrants worldwide. Must 18 years or older to enter.
A valid email address is needed to enter. Winners will be notified within 24 hours by email and will have 48 hours to claim their prize or they will forfeit their prize and another winner will be chosen. Any notification returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner. Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner’s name for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

The DigiReader Lounge (“Sponsor”) reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program. If technical malfunctions or suspect voting/irregularities corrupt the voting process, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award prizes based solely on non-suspect votes.
Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.

Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.

Participants, by participating in this giveaway, hereby waive and release, and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause of thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or inability to use a prize in the Giveaway, or their participation in the Giveaway, or their participation in any Giveaway or Prize-related activity, or any travel related to the Giveaway, or any travel for any Prize-related activity. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due entries or Internet technical, hardware, software, telephone, or transmission failures of any kind, which may limit a person’s ability to enter the Giveaway.

Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from entering or downloading any materials in the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend advertising the Giveaway on the Internet should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or proper conduct of the promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be disrupting the operation of the giveaway or its web site. No transfer or assignment of entries is permitted. Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor. All inquiries concerning the giveaway or the list of the winner may be directed to The DigiReader Lounge.
